What’s new in Room 102…

We are reviewing the long i sound this week and the different ways that say long i (y, i_e). 

In math we are tackling adding double digit by double digit numbers…wow. We are working hard. This will be a concept that we park and spend some time working on. Adding ones together and tens together and then putting them together. 

 We are learning about Arizona. Our state flower, state bird, and all of the amazing things that we have in our beautiful state. State 48 that is! 

Our Valentine’s Day celebration is almost here.
